Does the safeguarding of relevant money apply to all types of license holders?

This requirement only applies to Major Payment Institutions ("MPI"). Under this requirement, the licensee must safeguard the relevant money by way of an undertaking from a safeguarding institution, guarantee by a safeguarding institution, depositing the relevant money in a trust account.
